1. 14-Day In-Home Guarantee

We offer a risk-free 14-day in-home trial guarantee starting from the day your artwork is delivered. If you feel the piece does not perfectly match your interior aesthetic, you are eligible to request a return or exchange within 14 days.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Initiated and requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The artwork must be undamaged, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• Must be packed securely in its original packaging materials to prevent transit damage.

3. Refund Process (Direct Bank Transfer)

Since payments on our store are processed via Direct Bank Transfer:

• Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed directly back to your bank account via wire transfer. Please provide your official bank details (IBAN/SWIFT) to our support team.
• Bank processing times for wire transfers typically take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at contact@skatart.art with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
